Initial Consultation Phase
We will come to your home or business, and together we will determine your vision and scope for your project. We will also discuss preliminary budget, schedule, and overall project feasibility. At this meeting, a design fee will be determined, which will be credited toward the final cost if the homeowner wishes to proceed.
Design Phase
We will present an initial design plan and budget, with 3D renderings, usually within 7-10 days. If approved by the client, a deposit is required to continue the design process, make materials selections, cabinet design, permit drawings, final budgets, etc.
Final Budget and Design Approval
A final design and budget is reviewed with the client, and after any modifications are confirmed, a construction contract is signed, materials are ordered and scheduling will commence.
Prior to construction beginning, our staff will meet with you to review the overall project scope, answer any questions and review the schedule.
Construction
Our on-site construction manager oversees all aspects of your project and will update you regularly, as well as provide access to our online project management system for you to see the progress of your construction project. This includes scheduling, selections, correspondence, etc.
When the project is nearing completion, we will schedule a walk through and create a punch-list (items to be completed) of the project.

The video on the top of this page shows kitchen remodeling project with an open concept kitchen and our semi custom cabinets, and the pictures immediately to the left show a basic kitchen remodel where the cabinets were painted new knobs and fixtures installed. Smaller inexpensive changes such as paint, fixture changes and knobs can have a huge impact for the money invested.
Kitchen Remodeling with Open Concept
In the pictures that follow, you will find an open concept kitchen remodeling project with a classic mix of traditional and contemporary style. In the first shot you will notice the Dining and Family Room dividing wall has been removed and reframed, and the entire kitchen and lower floor completely stripped bare. The new framing allowed one to see through on both sides of the fire place and the adjacent hall wall removed leaving only a post. The openings allow site lines from the living rooming through the dining room to a combined kitchen and family room. In the second photo you will notice the same view with custom shaker cabinetry installed. The final two photo’s give you the view from the Kitchen and Family room

Project: Install Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings
Chip Briggs did a crown molding and baseboard install for us, along with hanging a new light/fan fixture. He and his associates were very professional, very neat, and did one beautiful job for us. He showed up when he said he would, came back when he said he would….was accessible by phone and returned phone calls very quickly. I have already recommended him to my boss and he has already started his job, and so far, he, too, is pleased. He does beautiful work and he and his workers are top-notch.
